How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Combine paste, garlic and onion powders, and water, set aside.
  • Combine vegetables in a small roasting pan, cook 20-30 minutes.
  • Toss with thinned paste mixture.
  • Serve over a bed of lettuce (or pasta for a heartier meal).
