How to make it

  • Soften cream cheese. Whip potatoes. Add cheese, sour cream and garlic; season to taste and whip until light. Stir in chives. Spoon into lightly greased 10-cup casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for thirty minutes or until lightly browned.
