Ingredients
  • 30 mls butter
  • 30 mls flour
  • 250 mls milk
  • 2mls salt
  • 1ml pepper
  • 15mls lemon juice
  • 170 mls canned shrimps drained
  • 450g halibut fillets
  • 150 mls grated mozzarella cheese
  • praprika
  • parsley

Directions
  1. In a measuring cup combine butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper
  2. Cook in microwave on high for3-4 minutes stirring every minute.
  3. Add lemon juice and shrimps
  4. In a rectangular baking dish 15 x 20cm place fish fillets and cover with paper towel
  5. Cook on high for 3 minutes
  6. Pour shrimp sauce over the fish.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and prapika
  8. Garnish with parsley
  9. Cook a further 3-4 minutes longer.
