How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 then heat oil in a large skillet.
  • Add next ingredients then sauté until tender.
  • Saute 4 pieces chicken until just firm then add water and bring to a boil.
  • Add rice and saffron and bring to a boil again.
  • Stir then cover and bake 20 minutes then garnish with peas and pimentos.
