How to make it

  • Cook the yuca in the salted water for 25 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the soy sauce and sugar. When butter mixture starts to bubble, add the yuca. Saute over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
