Sweet-and-Sour Cassava

- 3 pounds yuca (cassava), cut into small dice (about 3 cups) shopping list
- salted water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the yuca in the salted water for 25 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the soy sauce and sugar. When butter mixture starts to bubble, add the yuca. Saute over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
