Cream Cheese-crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients

2 blocks any brand cream cheese

2 cans any brand crab meat

3 tbls dehydrated onion (you can chop fresh if you have time)

Crushed red pepper flakes (to taste - I like spicy)

Salt to taste

Dried parsley and paprika for added color

Directions

Soften cream cheese in medium bowl in microwave until mixable

Add crab meat, onion, pepper flakes and salt

Mix well until evenly blended

Garnish with parsley and paprika

Serve with a variety of crackers

~Or~

Line molded pan with plastic wrap leaving ends long to remove

Mix as directed above then spread into prepared pan

Refrigerate to set

Remove from mold by dipping pan side in hot water

Garnish with parsley and paprika

Place on serving platter with variety of crackers
