Ingredients
- 2 blocks any brand cream cheese shopping list
- 2 cans any brand crab meat shopping list
- 3 tbls dehydrated onion (you can chop fresh if you have time) shopping list
- crushed red pepper flakes (to taste - I like spicy) shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- dried parsley and paprika for added color shopping list
How to make it
- Soften cream cheese in medium bowl in microwave until mixable
- Add crab meat, onion, pepper flakes and salt
- Mix well until evenly blended
- Garnish with parsley and paprika
- Serve with a variety of crackers
- ~Or~
- Line molded pan with plastic wrap leaving ends long to remove
- Mix as directed above then spread into prepared pan
- Refrigerate to set
- Remove from mold by dipping pan side in hot water
- Garnish with parsley and paprika
- Place on serving platter with variety of crackers
