How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients except the last two. Mix well.
  • Moisten edges of wonton wrapper. Fill with 1 tbsp. shrimp mixture.
  • Fold wonton wrapper diagonally. Pinch edges to seal.
  • In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat.
  • Deep fry wonton until golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Serve warm with any dipping sauce or alone.
  • Enjoy!
