Cheesy Shrimp Wonton

- 1 8oz pkg soft cream cheese shopping list
- 1 c. shredded jack cheese shopping list
- 1 lb. medium size shrimp. Shelled, deveined and coarsely chopped shopping list
- 4 green onions, diced shopping list
- 5 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (optional) shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 16oz. pkg wonton wrappers shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except the last two. Mix well.
- Moisten edges of wonton wrapper. Fill with 1 tbsp. shrimp mixture.
- Fold wonton wrapper diagonally. Pinch edges to seal.
- In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Deep fry wonton until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with any dipping sauce or alone.
- Enjoy!
