How to make it

  • beat cake mix, water & extract on low speed for 30 sec.
  • Scrape bowl; beat on med. for 1 min.
  • Fold in coconut.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets.
  • Bake @ 350F for 10-12 min. or until set.
  • Remove paper with cookies to a wire rack to cool.
