- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 bell peppers (red, yellow, or green.) shopping list
- 2 medium roma tomatoes shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 8 tsp. olive oil shopping list
- 3 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1/8 cup fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 tsp. lime juice shopping list
- 4 skewers shopping list
- 1 medium pan shopping list
How to make it
- Soak your skewers aside with water (you could make a stir fry if you don't have any.)
- cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- cut tomatoes, onion, peppers, and garlic (make them suitable for your skewers)
- add 4 tsp. olive oil, 2 tsp. salt, and 1 tsp. to vegetables
- add remaining salt and pepper to chicken
- put then into skewers ( chicken then tomato then chicken then pepper then chicken then onion)
- put pan into medium high heat and add remaining olive oil
- when oil is hot add garlic for 10 seconds then skewers
- when chicken is is fully cooked and vegetables are carmelized take them out
- add lime juice and cilantro right before serving
