For the Joys of Jello group I just started, figured I would share various recipes using Jello from Krafts' Website. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 can (20 oz.) peach slices, drained
- 4 colored wooden toothpicks
- 4 trianglular paper "sails"
Directions
- STIR boiling water into dry gelatin in small bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add cold water; stir. Pour into 4 individual glass bowls.
- REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm.
- TOP evenly with peaches just before serving. Insert toothpick "mast" through each paper "sail." Insert in peaches to resemble sailboats.
- Prepare as directed, using canned pear slices
