Cauliflower In Sour Sauce Recipe

How to make it

  • Boil cauliflower until tender in salted water.
  • Melt butter then add flour and salt and mix until creamy.
  • Gradually add beaten egg beating constantly with wire whip until creamy and thickened.
  • Stir in vinegar then drain cauliflower and place in a serving dish.
  • Pour sauce over cauliflower and serve.
