Ingredients
  • 2 c. cooked, ground beef roast
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 tbsp. grated onion
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tbsp. dried parsley
  • Chopped pecans (opt.)

Directions
  1. Combine all and roll in a ball.
  2. Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight
  3. Serve with crackers.
