Ingredients
  • Corn Tortillas
  • Large spanish onion
  • 28 oz. of Enchilada Sauce
  • 32 oz. of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Ground meat (optional)

Directions
  1. Cut tortillas into quarters
  2. Chop large onion
  3. Shake then open enchilada sauce
  4. Use a 13x9 inch glass or metal pan
  5. Coat the bottom of pan with sauce, then place the first row of tortillas
  6. Add sauce to cover tortillas then add onion and cheese. Continue with the remaining ingredents for the next 2 rows.
  7. bake for 45 min at 400 or until the cheese is golden brown.
