Enchillada Cassarole

- corn tortillas shopping list
- Large spanish onion shopping list
- 28 oz. of enchilada sauce shopping list
- 32 oz. of sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- ground meat (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Cut tortillas into quarters
- Chop large onion
- Shake then open enchilada sauce
- Use a 13x9 inch glass or metal pan
- Coat the bottom of pan with sauce, then place the first row of tortillas
- Add sauce to cover tortillas then add onion and cheese. Continue with the remaining ingredents for the next 2 rows.
- bake for 45 min at 400 or until the cheese is golden brown.
