How to make it

  • Cut tortillas into quarters
  • Chop large onion
  • Shake then open enchilada sauce
  • Use a 13x9 inch glass or metal pan
  • Coat the bottom of pan with sauce, then place the first row of tortillas
  • Add sauce to cover tortillas then add onion and cheese. Continue with the remaining ingredents for the next 2 rows.
  • bake for 45 min at 400 or until the cheese is golden brown.
