Ingredients
  • 16 frozen Dinner Rolls or 8 frozen Texas ( large ) rolls , thawed to room temperature
  • 2 cups diced, cooked turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • cranberry sauce

Directions
  1. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Flatten one Texas roll or two dinner rolls combined into a 6-7-inch circle.
  3. Repeat with remaining rolls.
  4. In a large bowl, combine turkey, stuffing and cheese.
  5. Divide mixture equally and spoon onto one half of each circle.
  6. Fold dough over (like a turnover) filling and pinch edges together to seal.
  7. Place on a large, sprayed baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 350F 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with cranberry sauce.
  10. Note: we even like the cranberry sauce enclosed in the dough with the other fiiling ingredients!
