Country Herb Baked Chicken

- 4-6 chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 C bread crumbs shopping list
- 3 T fresh parsley or 3 t dried parsley shopping list
- 1 t paprika shopping list
- 1 t dried basil shopping list
- 1/2 t thyme shopping list
- 2 T melted butter shopping list
- Marinade: shopping list
- 1/2 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 2 t Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, mix buttermilk and mustard.
- Mix well.
- Add chicken to mixture, cover, and let stand in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a small bowl, combine all the other ingredients.
- Take chicken out of the marinade, don't discard, and coat the herbs onto the chicken.
- Place chicken on a baking "cookie" sheet and then pour marinade over the chicken.
- Bake for about 45 minutes.
- Enjoy!
