How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, mix buttermilk and mustard.
  • Mix well.
  • Add chicken to mixture, cover, and let stand in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • In a small bowl, combine all the other ingredients.
  • Take chicken out of the marinade, don't discard, and coat the herbs onto the chicken.
  • Place chicken on a baking "cookie" sheet and then pour marinade over the chicken.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
