Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 Pounds Liverwurst(a nice brand)
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1 Small Onion,grated
  • 1/4 Cup Brandy(as good as you can find)I use a splash more.
  • Parsley,chopped
  • Pimiento,chopped

Directions
  1. In a food processor ,fitted with chopping blade.
  2. Slice the liverwurst and butter into processor,add onion.
  3. Process on high until very smooth.
  4. Slowly add the brandy and blend well.
  5. Spoon mixture into a Glass Bowl,cover and refrigerate for 2 DAYS, to combine and develop the flavors.
  6. I serve with sesame or toast rounds.
  7. Note: If given as a small gift, place in small crocks and garnish with the parsley and pimiento.
