Filling for Pasta

This filling or stuffing can be used with any pasta, from manicotti to eggplant rolatini. It is simple and so delicious!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh OR dried parsley shopping list
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- **You can substitute broccoli pieces OR chopped spinach and make spinach stuffed shells OR broccoli stuffed shells. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients well in a small bowl.
- Stuff pasta with mixture.
