How to make it

  • In a small bowl, combine soup mix, ginger, garlic powder, and water. Set aside.
  • In a 10- inch skillet or wok over medium- high heat, in hot oil. Stir fry half of the beef until browned. Set aside. Repeat with remaining beef. Spoon off fat.
  • In same skillet, combine soup mixture, broccoli and carrots. Heat to boiling. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender- crisp. Stirring occasionally.
  • To serve, Arrange rice on a large platter and top with pepper steak.
