How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Crust:
  • Mix crust until crumbly, (reserve 1/2 cup for topping) pat into a greased 8 inch square pan. (Use a processor)
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Filling:
  • Process until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in red and green candied cherries.
  • Spread evenly over the baked crust and sprinkle the reserved crumbs evenly over the top.
  • Bake @ 350° for 18 to 20 minutes.
  • Cool and store in the refrigerator.
