Made with ground beef. A revised Kraft recipe. My husband loves these !

Ingredients
  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1-6 oz. package stuffing mix
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 C. water
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 2 packets beef or onion gravy mix

Directions
  1. Mix beef, stuffing mix, onion, eggs, and water until well blended. Shape into 6 patties
  2. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook 6-8 min.'s each side until cooked thru.
  3. Drain fat.
  4. Combine gravy mix and water according to packet directions and add to pan. Slowly simmer, stirring until thickened.
