Delicious easy appetizer using frozen meatballs. May be cooked as a main dish minus the toothpicks over rice as well !

Ingredients
  • 1/2 C. honey bbq sauce
  • 1/4 C. grape jelly
  • 1 lb. fully cooked frozen meatballs (about 24)--homemade even better
  • 1 8oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 large red pepper cut into chunks

Directions
  1. Mix bbq sauce and jelly in large skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until jelly is melted
  2. Add meatballs and cook approx. 10 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally
  3. Put 1 meatball, topped with a a pineapple chunk and red pepper per toothpick
