- 250G dark chocolate shopping list
- 250G unsalted butter shopping list
- 300G CASTOR sugar shopping list
- 6 eggs, WHIPPED shopping list
- 70G flour shopping list
- 300G mascarpone cheese shopping list
- 30G mint, CHOPPED shopping list
How to make it
- FOR THE FONDANT, MELT THE CHOCOLATE, BUTTER AND CASTOR SUGAR, THEN FOLD IN THE EGGS AND THE FLOUR
- PLACE THE MIXTURE INTO INDIVIDUAL BUTTERED MOULDS OR INTO AN OVENPROOF DISH.
- FREEZE THE MIXTURE UNTIL FRONZEN THROUGH (IT'S BEST TO MAKE THIS THE DAY BEFORE)
- BEFORE SERVING, HEAT THE OVEN TO 180 C AND BAKE THE FROZEN FONDANTS FOR 15 MIN
- THE FONDANT IS SUPPOSED TO BE RUNNY IN THE MIDDLE.
- MIX THE MASCARPONE CHEESE AND MIND AND SERVE WITH THE CHOCOLATE FONDANTS
