How to make it

  • FOR THE FONDANT, MELT THE CHOCOLATE, BUTTER AND CASTOR SUGAR, THEN FOLD IN THE EGGS AND THE FLOUR
  • PLACE THE MIXTURE INTO INDIVIDUAL BUTTERED MOULDS OR INTO AN OVENPROOF DISH.
  • FREEZE THE MIXTURE UNTIL FRONZEN THROUGH (IT'S BEST TO MAKE THIS THE DAY BEFORE)
  • BEFORE SERVING, HEAT THE OVEN TO 180 C AND BAKE THE FROZEN FONDANTS FOR 15 MIN
  • THE FONDANT IS SUPPOSED TO BE RUNNY IN THE MIDDLE.
  • MIX THE MASCARPONE CHEESE AND MIND AND SERVE WITH THE CHOCOLATE FONDANTS
