Shrimp in Pastry Puffs

- shrimp in Pastry Puffs shopping list
- 6 frozen patty shells shopping list
- 2 TBS. margarine or butter shopping list
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 1 can (10 ¾ oz.) Campbell’s cream of celery soup shopping list
- ¼ cup chablis or other dry wine shopping list
- ½ cup frozen peas shopping list
- 1 ½ pounds small shrimp, shelled and deveined shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven and bake according to package directions; keep warm
- Meanwhile, in a 10- inch skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook mushrooms until tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in soup, wine and peas. Heat to boiling. Stir in shrimp; cook until shrimp turn pink and opaque. (DO NOT OVER COOK AS SHRIMP WILL GET TOUGH). Spoon shrimp mixture over patty shells. Makes 5 cups.
