- butter FILLING:450GRMS SOFTENED CREEMCHEESE 1 /3 CUP sugar 2 egg yolks 2 PCS WHOLE eggs 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE CREAM CHILLED AND WHIPPED 1/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE flour TOPPING:1/2 CUP sugar 3 TBSPOON water 1/2 CUP ALL PURPOSE CREAM 2 TBSPOON butter 2 BARS chocolate CRUMBLE(STORE BROUGHT) BROKEN INTO COURSE PIECES 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE CREAM CHILLED & WHIPPED shopping list
How to make it
- PROCEDURE: Preheat oven to 350F. LINE ONE "9" SPRING FORM BAKING PAN WITH FOIL. TO PREPARE THE CRUST, MIX TOGETHER CRACKER CRUMS AND MELTED BUTTER.PRESS INTO PREPARED PAN AND SET ASIDE. BEAT TOGETHER SOFTENED CREAMCHEESE & SUGAR.BEAT IN EGGS ONE AT A TIME.FOLD IN WHIPPED CREAM& ALL PURPOSE FLOUR. BAKE FOR 1 HOUR OR 'TILLSET. TURN OFF OVEN AND LEAVE THE CHEESECAKE AND ALLOW TO COOL COMPLETELY. TO PREPARE THE TOPPING , CARAMELIZE THE SUGAR& WATER 'TILL GOLDEN BROWN. ADD CREAM. THE MIXTURE WILL BE BUBBLY.COOK 'TILL MIXTURE THICKENS THEN RREMOVE FROM HEAT AND COOL. POUR COOLED TOPPING OVER THE TOP OF BAKED CHEESECAKE THEN GARNISH THE TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM &CHOCOLATE CRUMBLE...
