Sour Cream Apple Pie Recipe

Ingredients

Store bought crust for the bottom

8 to 10 granny smith apples

1 1/4 c sugar

3 T flour

2 t apple pie spice

1 egg

1 c sour cream

1 t vanilla extract

1 c walnuts

top crust

1 1/2 c flour

1/4 t salt

3/4 c white sugar

1 egg

1 t vanilla

1 stick butter

Directions

Mix apples through walnuts and pour into crust

put some pats of butter on the apple mixture

with fork mix butter, flour and salt. mix together the rest and add.

It will be difficult but roll it out using confectioners sugar. refridgerate if you need to.

place on the apples, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle sugar and pie spice on top

place in a paper bag and bake at 350 for 90 minutes
