Fish is my kidz favourite.....this is a simple fish fry......

Ingredients
  • Fish- cut into pieces
  • oil to shallow fry
  • for marinade:1/2 hr
  • Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
  • onion paste-1/2tsp
  • chilly powder-1tsp
  • pepper powder-1/2tsp
  • food colour(optional)a pinch
  • turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  • lemon juice-1tsp
  • salt to taste

Directions
  1. Mix the ing by adding few drops of water&make thick paste
  2. Apply the paste over the fishe pieces&marinate
  3. Heat the oil&fry the marinated fish both the sides till it turns brown
  4. Drain the excess oil &serve hot
  5. It goes well with rice&fish curry...
