Turkey Stuffing Casserole

We had Thanksgiving Dinner with friends, and we were given a huge turkey, so I made Thanksgiving Dinner on Monday. No one was in the mood for another big dinner, so I had TONS of leftovers. What do I do? Well, I got this idea from my non-cooking husband. Read more .. When he wants a turkey sandwich, he adds stuffing, and cranberry sauce to his sandwiches. So, hey, why not put that in a casserole? This is what happened, and I can say it was a big hit with my hubby! See less
Ingredients
- Leftover turkey shopping list
- cranberry sauce shopping list
- leftover stuffing (Make more if you think it won't fill the dish) shopping list
- 1 lg pkg brown gravy (one that makes 2 to 3 cups.) shopping list
How to make it
- Spray a 9x13 pan with PAM
- layer leftover turkey in the bottom of the pan
- spread cranberry sauce over the turkey
- layer stuffing over cranberry sauce (I use my usual recipe for stuffing, so it has cranberries, sausage and water chestnuts in it. Sausage Stuffing)
- Make gravy acording to package directions. Pour over caserole
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes.
