Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 eggs lightly beaten shopping list
- 1 cup of flour shopping list
- vegtable oil for fryin shopping list
How to make it
- cut the chicken breasts into strips
- dip in the egg then in the flour to form a batter
- lightyly fry
- drain and serve
