Squash Souffle Recipe
This is a recipe I got from my aunt. We usually have it at thanksgiving. I like to eat it cold too tastes like pie. watch for the low fat version that I created.

Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs of frozen cooked squash (defrosted)
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 stick of melted margerine ( I have used butter)
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 tspoon of salt
  • cinnamin to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350"
  2. grease a 9 X13 pan
  3. beat eggs and margerine
  4. add in sugar and squash
  5. add in dry ingredients
  6. bake for 50 -60 minutes
