Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

Ingredients

1 16oz.box powdered sugar (May use a little more if sticky)

1 cup peanut butter (Jiff creamy)

1 1/2 sticks of butter

1 tsp. vanilla

1 small bag of milk chocolate chocolate chips

1/2 block wax (canning wax)

Directions

Mix peanut butter, butter, & 1tsp. vanilla until fluffy. Add powdered sugar a little at a time until well blended. Roll into 1" balls and chill in freezer for 5 - 10 minutes.

In a double boiler melt chocolate chips and wax until smooth.Stir often.

Insert toothpick into each peanut butter ball to dip into melted chocolate mixture. Set on wax paper till hardened.

These do sound yummy. For some reason I end up with tons of peanut butter and this will be a great way to use it. I give about 8 jars away at my free food give away in front of my house every 3 months or so. I live in a low income area and instead of giving my extra food stuffs that we can not or will not eat, I put it out on a table in front of the house with a sign that says food free but leave the table! People love me!!!
