Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix peanut butter, butter, & 1tsp. vanilla until fluffy. Add powdered sugar a little at a time until well blended. Roll into 1" balls and chill in freezer for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • In a double boiler melt chocolate chips and wax until smooth.Stir often.
  • Insert toothpick into each peanut butter ball to dip into melted chocolate mixture. Set on wax paper till hardened.
  • YUMMY!

    These do sound yummy. For some reason I end up with tons of peanut butter and this will be a great way to use it. I give about 8 jars away at my free food give away in front of my house every 3 months or so. I live in a low income area and instead of giving my extra food stuffs that we can not or will not eat, I put it out on a table in front of the house with a sign that says food free but leave the table! People love me!!!
