  • WHEN DONE CUT KEARNELS FROM COB
  • REMOVE SKIN FROM POBLANO PEPPERS
  • COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A MIXING BOWL AND THEN TOSS
  • ADD SALT AND LIME TO TASTE.
  • SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
