- 4 EARS OF SWEET YELLOW CONR IN SHUCKS shopping list
- 4 poblano peppers shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper (SMALL DICE) shopping list
- 1ORANGE bell pepper (SMALL DICE) shopping list
- 4 MEDIUM tomatoes (SMALL DICED) shopping list
- 4 cloves OF garlic (MINCED) shopping list
- 2 MEDIUM WHITE OINIONS (SMALL DICED) shopping list
- 3-6 jalapenos (MINCED) shopping list
- 1/2 BUNCH OF cilantro (FINELY CHOPPED) shopping list
- 1-2 limes shopping list
- salt (TO TASTE) shopping list
How to make it
- PEEL BACK SUCKS REMOVE SILKS FROM CORN. ROAST CORN OVER OPEN FLAME APROX. (5 MIN)
- FINISH IN OVEN 350* F FOR 15 MIN WRAPPED IN THEIR SHUCKS.
- ROAST POBLANO PEPPRES ABOUT 5 MIN OVER OPEN FLAME
- STEAM IN SEALED CONTAINER FOR 15 MIN
- WHEN DONE CUT KEARNELS FROM COB
- REMOVE SKIN FROM POBLANO PEPPERS
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A MIXING BOWL AND THEN TOSS
- ADD SALT AND LIME TO TASTE.
- SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
