Salsa Verde Tropican Recipe

Ingredients

Tomatillo sauce

1 lb tomatios

2 garlic cloves

1 bunch of cilantro

¼ c lime juice

1-2 habanero

2-4 serano peppers

Salt to taste

1 pineapple

½ seedless watermelon

1 bunch of cilantro

2 medium white onions

1-2 fresh lime, juiced

Directions

. Combine following ingredients to food processor:

1 lb of tomatillos

2 garlic cloves

1 bunch of cilantro

¼ c lime juice

1-2 habanera

2-4 serrano peppers

Add salt to taste

For hotter salsa adjust amount of pepper for heat desire

Puree all ingredients

2. In another bowl, combine:

1 pineapple, medium diced

½ seedless watermelon, medium diced

1 bunch of cilantro leaves, finely chopped

2 medium white onions, small diced

Toss all ingredients

3. Add tomatillo sauce and toss well

4. Add juice of one-two fresh limes (as needed)

5. Chill in refrigerator
