How to make it

  • I have found over the years to cut up the legs with poultry scissors, pull apart the body, put it all in a large bowl and rinse it 3 times. These gets rid of the ugly juice.
  • Once it is clean, a 3/16 flat blade screwdriver works just perfect to pry out ever speck of meat.

    Nice tips on getting the meat out and cleaning it! That looks like A LOT of carab meat, JJ! You better find that winning recipe fast, before that meat starts going to waste. I guess you could always eat it with your tartar sauce, I always add some lemon juice to mine.
