  • HELP
  • Fresh crab meat.
  • This is the second batch of crab, did 3 crabs last weekend.
  • Made Crab Ragoon (will post soon)
  • Crab Salad
  • Crab meat with tartar sauce.
  • Crab cakses (posted)
  • I plan on making Crab Quiche Lorraine
  • Crab on English Muffins (recipe is posted)
  • Now I need a couple more recipes.
  • I used to get Crab Au Gratin at Spengers Fish Grotto so a great recipe for this would be great.
  • Now I am out of ideas, so I need some help.

  • I know someone has a recipe I must make with this mouth-watering, flavor busting, taste bud over sensation crab.

  • The tartar sauce is Best Foods mayonnaise and sweet pickle relish, just delicious.

Directions
  1. I have found over the years to cut up the legs with poultry scissors, pull apart the body, put it all in a large bowl and rinse it 3 times. These gets rid of the ugly juice.
  2. Once it is clean, a 3/16 flat blade screwdriver works just perfect to pry out ever speck of meat.

Nice tips on getting the meat out and cleaning it! That looks like A LOT of carab meat, JJ! You better find that winning recipe fast, before that meat starts going to waste. I guess you could always eat it with your tartar sauce, I always add some lemon juice to mine.
