How to make it

  • Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken to pan.
  • Cover.
  • Cook chicken 5 to 7 minutes on each side OR until cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from skillet.
  • Keep warm (the chicken, not you!).
  • Add milk, Velveeta, broccoli and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese to pan.
  • Cook on medium heat, uncovered, for 4 minutes OR broccoli is heated.
  • Return chickn to skillet.
  • Cook and stir for 1 minute OR until chicken is coated and heated through.
  • Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
