Rosemary Grilled Pork Chops Recipe
My family loves this marinaded grilled pork chop recipe. Dinner guests that I serve this to sometimes mistake the meat for beef steak. I don't know if that's good or bad... Serve with Almond Rice and a green vegetable.

Ingredients
  • 6 to 8 boneless pork loin chops
  • Pork Marinade:
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons crushed dried rosemary or 4 tablespoons of coursely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 tablespoons honey (can use brown sugar or molasses, but honey is the best)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 gloves of minced garlic

Directions
  1. Mix together the pork marinade ingredients and set aside.
  2. Place pork chops in a container that can be sealed. Pour the marinade over the chops.
  3. Turn the chops around to make sure they are all covered with the marinade.
  4. Seal the container and place in the refrigerator. Allow to marinate 2 hours or over-night.
  5. Remove the chops from the marinate, discarding the marinade.
  6. Grill the chops as you normally would, until the meat is done.
