Best-ever Meatballs

- 1 lb. ground meat of your choice (I prefer bison as it tastes better than hamburger and is much healthier) shopping list
- 1/2 small onion grated or finely diced and sauteed til translucent then cooled to room temperature shopping list
- 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/3 c. parmesean cheese shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 tbsp. milk shopping list
- 1 tbsp italian seasonings shopping list
- 2 tsp basil shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- pasta and sauce of your choice shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350°
- Spray a medium sized cookie sheet with nonstick spray
- Mix all the ingredients
- Form into 1-1/2inch balls
- Let them rest for 15 minutes
- Cook on the baking sheet for 10 minutes
- Turn them and cook another 10-15 minutes
- Serve with pasta and sauce

I made this yesterday and it was a huge hit. Baking them in the oven was easy and made the meatballs melt in your mouth. Delicious and definitely a keeper! Thanks for sharing.
