Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat of your choice (I prefer bison as it tastes better than hamburger and is much healthier)

1/2 small onion grated or finely diced and sauteed til translucent then cooled to room temperature

1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs

1/3 c. parmesean cheese

1 egg

2 tbsp. milk

1 tbsp Italian seasonings

2 tsp basil

1 tsp garlic powder

pasta and sauce of your choice

Directions

Heat oven to 350°

Spray a medium sized cookie sheet with nonstick spray

Mix all the ingredients

Form into 1-1/2inch balls

Let them rest for 15 minutes

Cook on the baking sheet for 10 minutes

Turn them and cook another 10-15 minutes

Serve with pasta and sauce
