How to make it

  • Mix ingredients together all at once. Form 1 inch balls and then press into a mini tart pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  • Melt caramels with evaporated milk over a double boiler.
  • Spoon caramel into cooled pastry cups.
  • Combine the ingredients all at once and beat until it stands in peaks. Drop into a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe stars/flowers onto each caramel filled cup.
