Moms Shrimp Shell Macaroni

- 1-16 oz. package. medium Shells shopping list
- About 3/4 Cup Kraft Light Miracle Whip "May add more if needed." About 1/2 Cup skim milk shopping list
- 3 Hard Boiled eggs Diced shopping list
- 2-Good Sized tomato's medium to Large Must be firm in texture but ripe cubed or diced medium to small. shopping list
- 3-Stalks celery Diced small to fine. shopping list
- 3-Cans Medium de veined shrimp "Caught in the U.S.A. is usually best." shopping list
How to make it
- Cook shells till almost done, drain and rinse with cold water.
- Drain till almost dry. May chill with ice cubes, or pat dry with paper towels. Store in refrigerator till ready to use.
- Boil Eggs approximate 10 minutes, then drain off water. Pour cold water over eggs and let set with ice cubes in pan about 10 minutes.
- Take Shells and pat dry, put them in extra large mixing bowel.
- Add Miracle Whip to taste and Milk add salt and pepper, celery salt to taste.
- Fold in diced eggs, shrimp, tomatoes and celery.
- Mix well using folding method.
- Flavor should be mildly seasoned with a slight celery taste. Cover mixing bowel with a lid and refrigerate over night. "This helps to enhance the flavors.
