Tropical Watermelon Lime Daiquiri Recipe

Ingredients

4 to 5 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/4 cup lime juice

3/4 cup light rum

2 TBS. sugar

thin lime slices for garnish

Directions

1. Arrange watermelon cubes in a single layer on a metal tray, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and freeze 6 hours or overnite.

2. In a blender, combine lime juice,rum and sugar. Pulse until sugar is dissolved. Add the frozen watermelon cubes and blend, about 1 minute. Pour into stemmed glasses and garnish each with a slice of lime on the rim.
