How to make it

  • Wash and sterilize jars and lids. Keep jars warm.
  • Combine wine, Lemon Juice and pectin in a large pot. Bring to a boil, stiring frequently.
  • Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Return to a rolling boil and boil hard for 1 minute stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and skim foam off top, if necessary.
  • Ladel into hot jars leaving 1/2 inch headspace.
  • Tighten 2 piece lids and process for 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
