  • Tasty Tuna Macaroni Salad
  • Tuna has a tangy zip in this lively new twist on a favorite classic.
  • 2 cups (7 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked, drined
  • 1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained. flaked
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 3/4 cup Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Light Dressing
  • 1/4 cup each chopped green pepper and sliced grean onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Lettuce

Directions
  1. Mix macaroni, tuna, celery, dressing, green pepper, onions and pimiento.
  2. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  3. Refrigerate.
  4. Serve on lettuce-lined plates.
  5. Makes 8 servings.
