Buckwheat Pancakes

- 1 Cup of your sourdough starter shopping list
- 2 Cups Warm water shopping list
- 1-3/4 Cups buckwheat flour shopping list
- 1/4 Cup white flour shopping list
- 2 Large Farm Fresh eggs,beaten shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon honey shopping list
- 1/3 Cup light cream shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
How to make it
- Combine starter,water,and flours in bowl.
- Keep on counter top overnight.
- Next morning stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Let stand ot bubble for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Bake on griddle,pouring about 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Serve with homemade cream syrup,bacon and eggs,plus fresh fruit coffee and tomato juice.
