How to make it

  • Combine starter,water,and flours in bowl.
  • Keep on counter top overnight.
  • Next morning stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • Let stand ot bubble for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Bake on griddle,pouring about 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  • Serve with homemade cream syrup,bacon and eggs,plus fresh fruit coffee and tomato juice.
