How to make it

  • In medium bowl combine cooked rice and eggs.
  • Add biscuit mix, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and salt.
  • Stir everything up until it is sticky and gooey.
  • Heat vegetable oil until very hot then drop rice mixture in by spoonfuls.
  • Fry a few at a time until they are golden brown.
  • Remove with a slotted spoon and let them drain on paper towels.
