How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • wash pigs feet(don't forget between the toes)and scrap off any hair you see on the feet.
  • put in a big pot or dutch oven
  • add 1/4 cup of vinegar(this makes them tender)
  • add a good amount of salt and pepper
  • fill pot with water and cook for 3 hrs
  • drain but save the onions and place in baking dish/dishes along with the onions. add 2 bottles of your favorite BBQ sauce and bake for 30 minutes.....Delicious

    missjae, they are great without the sauce too. I cook mine til they start to tear away from the bones...hope you enjoy

    I'm making pig feet for the first time. I haven't ever had them bbq'd, but will try this tonight. Sounds great!
