Iced Apple Tea with Apricots

- 4 apple-cinnamon herbal tea bags shopping list
- 1/2 cup firmly packed dried apricot halves shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 cups boiling water shopping list
- ice cubes, for serving shopping list
- 4 slices lemon shopping list
- fresh mint springs, for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Place the tea bags, apricots, and sugar in a large heatproof jar or pitcher, and cover with the boiling water. Let cool. Squeeze the tea bags and discard. Cover and refrigerate the tea for 2 days or longer to allow the apricots to steep.
- To serve, put a couple of tea-soaked apricot pieces in a glass, then fill with ice cubes. Pour in tea and garnish with a sprig of mint.
