Knife And Fork Soup Recipe
This is a hearty soup... all you need is some crusty bread or corn bread to make a yummy meal.

Ingredients
  • 2 cans condensed bean soup (11 1/2 oz size)
  • 1 can tomatoes (16 oz)
  • 1 package southern-style hash browns
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 smoked sausage, cut into small slices (12 oz)

Directions
  1. Stir together soups, tomatoes, potatoes, and water in dutch oven.
  2. Add carrots, celery, chili powder, and salt.
  3. Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Stirring occasionally.
  5. Add sausage and continue cooking slowly for 40 to 45 minutes or until veggies are tender.
  6. Stir occasionally.
