Peanut Butter Snickers Muffins

Delicious Peanut Butter and Snickers Muffins, good warm or cold, and great party food!
Ingredients
- 250g Plain flour shopping list
- 100g golden caster sugar shopping list
- 1.5 tablespoons baking powder shopping list
- Pinch salt shopping list
- 6 tbsp crunchy peanut butter shopping list
- 60g Melted butter shopping list
- 1 Beaten Large egg shopping list
- 175 ml milk shopping list
- 3 Medium Chopped Snickers Bars shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 200oc
- Put Snickers Bar into fridge to chill so they hold their shape better when chopped
- Stir together flour sugar, baking powder and salt
- Add peanut butter and mix until you have a bowl of course crumbs
- In a seperate bowl, add the melted butter and egg to the milk and mix
- Stir wet ingriedients gently into peanut butter mix
- Stir in chopped Snickers
- Divide mixture between 12 muffin cases and bake for 20-25 minutes.
