Delicious Peanut Butter and Snickers Muffins, good warm or cold, and great party food!

Ingredients
  • 250g Plain Flour
  • 100g Golden Caster Sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons baking powder
  • Pinch Salt
  • 6 tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 60g Melted Butter
  • 1 Beaten Large Egg
  • 175 ml Milk
  • 3 Medium Chopped Snickers Bars

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 200oc
  2. Put Snickers Bar into fridge to chill so they hold their shape better when chopped
  3. Stir together flour sugar, baking powder and salt
  4. Add peanut butter and mix until you have a bowl of course crumbs
  5. In a seperate bowl, add the melted butter and egg to the milk and mix
  6. Stir wet ingriedients gently into peanut butter mix
  7. Stir in chopped Snickers
  8. Divide mixture between 12 muffin cases and bake for 20-25 minutes.
