How to make it

  • Spread prepared brownie batter in the bottom of a 9x12 inch pan and bake at 350 until halfway done.
  • Spread cherry pie filling over brownie layer.
  • Cut cold butter into cake mix until the size of small peas.
  • Top pie filling with the cake mixture and finish baking for 1 hour.
  • The top should be golden brown and the cake and filling should be set.
  • Serve with ice cream if you wish.
