How to make it

  • Mix crushed cookies and margarine.
  • Pat into 9x13" pan & bake @ 350F for 10 min. Cool crust completely.
  • Whip pudding and milk. Add ice cream and whip again.
  • Spread ice cream mixture over crust and refrigerate.
  • Once set, spread top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  • NOTE:
  • This is also good with coconut cream or vanilla pudding.
