How to make it

  • Slice onion into 1/4" half moon slices.
  • Cut up chicken into small strips - about 1/4" by 1".
  • Sweat onions in oil until soft.
  • Add curry paste and broth. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add chicken, and cook until meat is no longer pink.
  • Pour in coconut milk and heat through.

    Thanks. I love this stuff and this is a lot easier and faster than my normal recipe. This will work out nicely when I don't have a lot of time.
